BMI Chart

It has come to my attention that the BMI chart in the blog yesterday was not showing up. This problem has been corrected and you will now find a BMI chart so that you can gauge where you are. Once again, I’d like to emphasize that BMI is just a guideline to go by, not the standard. Just because you are in the overweight area doesn’t necessarily mean you need to lose weight. A large bone structure or large amount of muscle mass can account for being in a higher category than you actually are. As always, please discuss with your physician before beginning an exercise regimen or diet. Your doctor can help you better interpret your BMI and your health needs.
