Get Outdoors!

June is Great Outdoors Month. Living in Wyoming offers so many outdoor activities, it’s no surprise that Governor Matthew Mead issued a proclamation regarding this celebration. See the Governor’s Proclamation here.

What are some ways that you can get outdoors? You can hike, bike, walk, run, visit the mountains, go fishing, garden, and several other things. Have great ideas of ways to get outdoors? Post them below in the comment section!

What are the benefits of getting outdoors? You get physical exercise, which we all need! You get vitamin D from the sun, which can help improve your mood. When you are outdoors, be sure to wear sunblock, as Wyoming consistently has one of the highest UV ratings during the summer months.
