As Arthritis Awareness Month draws to a close, it is important to remember that through education, self-care, and individualized treatment, it possible to manage arthritis and preserve quality of life. Read on for more helpful resources on living with arthritis and information on managing symptoms.   • Check out the Osteoarthritis Risk Assessment Tool from fightarthritispain.org here. This handy online tool provides a basic evaluation of risk through answering a few simple questions.
