Happy 4th of July!

4th of July I
It’s Independence Day! While enjoying this fun time of year, celebrate safely and remember to protect yourself from sun exposure. UV rays can damage unprotected skin and increase risk of skin cancer. Sun exposure can even be harmful to the eyes, so it is important to wear sunglasses with UVA and UVB protection as well. For more information and resources on sun safety, check out previous posts – Spending Time Outdoors: Protect Your Skin! (Part I) and (Part II).
