Shorts…Snow Removal Safety Tips

Snow Shovel

Depending on the snow amounts, removing it can be very labor intensive. Use common sense when shoveling and working outdoors in the cold.

  • Dress appropriately to not overheat but warm enough to prevent frostbite
  • Prevent injury by using proper equipment and technique
  • Keep hydrated and nourished
  • Don’t overdo it and cause excess strain on your body

Shoveling can be therapeutic and a good work out, just make sure you are working smart and not too hard.
